#56. Open up ‘closed statements’

Today, listen out for closed ‘statements of facts’ such as:
“xxxx IS xxxx”
“xxxx WONT xxxx”
“xxxx ISNT xxxx”

Which of these closed statements can be opened up?

For example:

“That won’t work” >>> “If you did xxxx, it would be more likely to work, so…”

“There isn’t the time” >>> “we wouldn’t be able to do all of it, at the usual quality, at the usual cost, within that time.. however…”
